Which blower is best for an ETP or STP aeration tank?

Most plants use a twin lobe or tri lobe Roots blower because it delivers a steady, oil-free air volume at the pressure diffusers need. Tri lobe blowers run quieter with less pulsation. We recommend the type after checking your air demand and tank depth.

How do you size an aeration blower?

We calculate the oxygen needed from your BOD load and flow, convert it to air volume using diffuser efficiency, and add the pressure from tank depth plus pipe losses. That gives the blower’s flow (m³/hr) and pressure.

Do you supply complete equipment for a new treatment plant?

Yes. We supply blowers, pumps, valves, motors, aerators and strainers, and coordinate with your EPC contractor or consultant.
